TRIUMPH STREET TRIPLE R FRONT SUSPENSION

Finally i got to test the front end after adjusting it to the soft settings.
The bike still goes round corners like its on rails but is much better over the UK roads,so if in your country the road surface is like the UK( shite) then adjust to soft within days of buying this bike.
The weather forecast for tomorrow is good so the streets will be filled with the sound of bikes some pottering along others like a wasp on helium. My triple like a wasp without the helium im afraid at least till i get more milage on her. Enjoy your weekend and stay safe keep the shiny side up.

TRIPLE R FRONT SUSPENSION

Due to the poor condition of the British roads after a cold winter i had to soften up the front end a little. (i value my teeth too much)
For solo riding theres 3 settings, standard, softer and sport.
The bike is now set to soft with the rebound and compression damping 6 clicks out.
Ive yet to test the bike because its took all day to clean it after last nights trip out in the rain.
Did i mention the amount of dirt this bike sprays up mm mm yes i think i did.

TRIUMPH STREET TRIPLE R CARBON

Ive been sitting here thinking what next for my triumph triple r,maybe a
Carbon fibre hugger to keep the crap off the rear end.
Ive looked at a couple of different types, one small type which is more suited to the triumph daytona 675 and a larger type which is shaped like the head of an alien from the movie. The later type works for me. Pictures to follow soon awaiting stock.
There seems to be a lack of carbon accessories in the UK at the minute.

Carbon fibre belly pan

street triple r with carbon fibre belly pan.
I'm really pleased with it, looks great.
Perfect copy of the Triumph one supplied by AP performance in lincolnshire.
Be careful when fitting as it can touch the exhaust so you may have to bend the OE Triumph brackets a bit.
