The family of a Rossendale man killed in a motorbike accident in North Wales has paid tribute to a son who "lived life to the full and was the life and soul of the party."
Stephen Allan Williams, 52, died on Monday (October 4) riding his father’s Triumph Street Triple R 675cc motorbike which was in collision with a car on the A5470, Rhuddlan to Abergele Road.
