watching the revs

As with all new bikes we have to watch the revs for a while.This triumph is no different 500mls or 4 weeks to the first service.
The dealer set the gear shift lights to light a 7000 so not too bad at least a nice warning.
4 modes available.
3 led mode = 3 lights when the set limit is reached.
6 led mode= all 6 lights when the set limit is reached.
off= off
SE mode=lights progressively illuminate in 250 rpm increments until the set limit is reached.
so my limit being 7000 the first light illuminates at? ill let you work that one out answers on a postcard please.

All my video footage from yesterday is lost it seems my sd card was knackered. Got a new one which is fine but weather is not good.

Well got a call today from the triumph dealer to collect the street triple r a day early.
After a 20min hand over and a word of warning regarding brakes and tyres off i went.
The rain fell and the roads greasy so no heroics guys.
The bike ran fine smooth engine gearbox fine all good. If anyones thinking of buying a new r then take my advice, "don't pick it up in the rain" this bike is filthy, 20 mins ride in the rain and 3 hrs to clean the thing.
note to self . get a hugger.
